Osa Services Inc., (Osa) started as a sole-proprietorship in 1993, initially providing tax services to individuals in the Dorchester, and Roxbury neighborhoods of Boston, Massachusetts. The business grew quickly, which led to its expansion. As a result of its expansion, Osa had to relocate its business from the popular Mattapan Square area of Boston, to another popular and busy area part of Boston in January 1997, the Ashmont Station neighborhood, where it’s currently located. Osa was incorporated in 2003. Shortly after incorporation, it applied and was granted the S-Corporation Status by the Internal Revenue Service. Over the years, Osa has diversified into Accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and business consulting services. Our core continues to be taxation: Individual, business, and non-profit.

Dr. Osazee J. Owens is the Founder and President of Osa Services Inc. He has over 30 years of experience in the accounting and business fields. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Master’s in Information Technology, and a Doctoral Degree in Business Administration (DBA). Dr. Owens is also a Part-Time Professor in colleges in the Boston Area, namely Roxbury Community College, and Quincy College.
Mrs. Isuan Owens, MBA, is the Manager of the Corporation. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management- HR Concentration, and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), in Leadership and Organizational Change. She has over 26 years of experience in the business field.
